Start your tour by making a 2-hour descent from the upper part of the historic center of the fortified town of Cuenca. As you make your way through the maze of streets, listen to your guide's tales of the medieval town.
Upon arrival at the Plaza Mayor, see the Cathedral of Santa María and San Julián. This cathedral is the fifth largest in Spain and is considered a national "laboratory" of Gothic architecture.
