- Meeting Point: This visit begins at the time indicated on your voucher and the meeting point is at the PASEO DE LA SABICA nº 1 a few meters from the ticket offices. Please be at least 20-30 minutes early.
- IMPORTANT: For the VISIT of the Alhambra and Generalife and for security reasons, the regulations require the following information (you can put it in the Additional information field on the check-out form): Full name and surname, identity document or passport, gender (male or female), age and nationality of all the members who make up their reservation and at least 4 days before the date of the visit. If you can not identify all the members at the time of booking, you can still make the payment and finish your booking, but you will need to send us an email to info@clicatour.com with the aforementioned data and as soon as possible.
- The absence of sending this email or if you fail to be able to IDENTIFY all visitors in your reservation, this will result in the LOST OF THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE VISIT and without possibility of refund of the amount paid.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 144 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 144 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
