We will begin our visit at the Alhambra ticket office, where we will meet the tour guide who will give us our tickets and explain everything we need to know before starting the guided tour. We will enter the monument by presenting our ID and begin the tour of this ancient palatial city.
We will walk through the gardens and the Generalife, a space that offers a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by fountains and viewpoints. The tour guide will talk to us about the importance of water in Islamic culture and the landscape design of the gardens. The tour guide will explain the defensive function of this fortress and what life was like for the soldiers who lived there.
We will walk through the heart of the Alhambra: the Nasrid Palaces, where we can admire the incredible Islamic decoration with carved stucco, muqarnas, and tiles. The tour guide will reveal the symbolic and aesthetic secrets of each space, such as the famous Patio de los Leones, a masterpiece of Andalusian architecture.
The entire tour is conducted with an audio system, so we can hear the tour guide even if we are a little separated from the group or capturing unforgettable images. In addition, during the tour, we will have a short break, ideal for a quick snack and to rest our legs.

Tickets are personal, so you'll need to provide full names and ID or passport numbers when booking. If you don't, we can't guarantee you'll get into the monument.
Don't forget to book your baby's ticket; it's free and mandatory.
Sometimes, because of how many people can fit in the Nasrid Palaces, we might need to change the tour start time (we'll let you know in advance), so we suggest not planning any trips for the same day.
We will be at the Alhambra ticket area (access pavilion) with a light blue flag 15 minutes before the tour.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
