IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Full swimwear (swimsuit or bikini) is mandatory and can be purchased at the reception desk. Long hair must be tied back. A swim cap is not necessary. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reserved time. Sessions begin on time, and no time will be made up once the session has started. The Hammam is mixed except in the changing rooms.
To ensure a relaxing and immersive experience, please remain silent inside the facilities. We recommend that you stay hydrated in the hammam by drinking tea or water from time to time.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
