[Important Notes When Visiting]
▶ All tickets are for a 30-minute session (including entry and exit). Extensions cannot be granted if you arrive late.

▶ Our shop operates on a complete turnover system, and there is no waiting area inside. Please line up outside for entry. You will be asked to leave 5 minutes before the session ends.
▶ Please be sure to review the rules and enjoy your time at the shop.
▶ Due to the Samoyeds' needs, there may be times when they are not at the shop or the number of dogs may be fewer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
▶ Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Unaccompanied children under 12 are not permitted to enter.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
