Continue to the cellar, where you will learn about the processing of the wine and visit the gravity flow method used to move the wine through the stages of production. Make a stop and see where the wines are aged in the barrel room.
Finish the tour with a guided tasting of 4 of the winery's wines ( 2 DOC wines, 1 IGT white wine, and 1 IGT red wine) paired with fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese, and local Soppres.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
