Description

Visit Plaza de Espana and Plaza de America to understand works designed by Forestier and Aníbal Gonzalez from Monte Gurugú to Los Lotos pond, where the tour will be completed.
The Maria Luisa Park was the first urban park in Seville and one of the most important green lungs in the city. Originally, it belonged to the private gardens of Infanta Maria Luisa Fernanda, who donated it to the city of Seville in 1914.

Inside the park there is the Plaza de España, built by Aníbal González for the Ibero-American Exhibition of 1929. It was the largest architectural element built for the event.

Your official guide will explain the natural and architectural meaning of the different spaces and help you to discover the secrets and curiosities that go unnoticed by pedestrians. This tour will give you an overview of the life of illustrious Sevillians and the history of the 20th Century of the Andalusian capital.
