IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Full legal names required: When booking, you must provide the complete legal names of all participants, including children. Names must exactly match official ID documents and cannot be changed or replaced with nicknames.
Nominal tickets: Entry to the Colosseum will be refused if the name on the ticket does not match the ID, as tickets are issued per participant.
Valid ID required: All participants, including children, must present a valid ID at the entrance; this must match the booking details exactly.

Audio guide requirements: A personal smartphone and headphones are required to access the audio guide app.
Security checks: Expect possible queues at entry due to mandatory security screening procedures.

In front of Caffè Roma, located at the upper exit of the Colosseo Metro Station (Metro B), accessible via the stairs leading up from the station.
Please use the upper exit (not the exit directly in front of the Colosseum). Once you come up the stairs, you will find Caffè Roma at your right. This is where our staff will be waiting for you.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
