The journey starts from entering the Teide National Park from the southern coast of Tenerife. We reach the highest situated town in Spain - the village of Vilaflor (1550m above sea level), around which there are pine forests, of great importance for the water management of the Canary Islands. From the vantage point we will have the opportunity to admire the panorama of the southern part of the island. Then visit the Teide National Park, stops at the vantage points with the Teide volcano panorama in the background, for those willing to enter by Teleferico (additionally payable according to the current queue pricelist, currently 27 € adults and 13.50 € children). Alternatively, for non-driving people, a walk along the Los Roques de Garcia rock formations, which, due to erosion, took on great and varied shapes. We will leave the National Park in the north-west direction, towards the Teno mountains, where the village of Masca is located - a settlement beautifully situated at the back of the cliffs of Los Gigantes founded by the once living real Canary pirates. Free time will allow you to admire the beautiful surroundings of the village, palm orchard with date palms and terraced fields on the hills, which will introduce visitors to a unique atmosphere. Another visit will be the old port of Garachico, the most atmospheric town called Pompeii of Tenerife, which was destroyed as a result of the volcano eruption in 1706, and then rebuilt on a natural volcanic platform created in the Atlantic. In Garachico there will be more than one hour of free time with the possibility of swimming in natural lava pools with sea water (in case of good weather), with a break for a meal (not included in the price of the trip - optional to buy). The last point of the program will be a visit to the town of Icod de Los Vinos, and there visiting the old town of the city with the opportunity to admire the "Dragon Tree" - famous on the island of old dracaena and tasting of wines and Canarian beverages. Then we'll return to the south coast zone. The order of visited places can be changed due to organizational reasons.
