Open the door to a magical underwater world with this beginners scuba diving experience. You can encounter a multitude of local underwater wildlife, as you delve beneath the surface of Tenerife's waters with a professional instructor.
The staff will pick you up from your hotel before taking you to the dive center in El Fraile, a small distance away from Las Galletas on the southern end of Tenerife. Once at the dive center, while the staff sort and pack the gear needed, you can relax with a tea or a coffee.
When everything is packed you will proceed to the chosen dive location. There you will receive a short introduction to the basic skills involved in scuba diving and the dive equipment that you will use during your experience. Together with one of the staff members, you will prepare your dive equipment for the dive. Hands-on assembly of the gear yourself (under supervision) will get you familiar with the equipment you are using before you enter the water.
Your professional dive guides will then show you how to get used to breathing using the scuba gear. Once in the water, there will be a few small exercises to make sure you are comfortable. Then, under close guidance, you will be free to explore the fascinating underwater world of Tenerife and say hello to the “colorful locals”. Upon return to the dive center, the staff will collect up and wash down all the equipment used. Once having returned, you will be free to ask questions or share your experience with others.

• A minimum pre-flight surface interval of 12 hours is suggested before flying after diving.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
