• If you choose the 10:00 AM time slot, you can enter between 10:00 AM and 11:59 AM
• If you choose the 12:00 PM time slot, you can enter between 12:00 PM and 12:59 PM
• If you choose the 2:00 PM time slot, you can enter between 2:00 PM and 2:59 PM
• If you choose the 4:00 PM time slot, you can enter between 4:00 PM and 4:59 PM
• If you choose the 6:00 PM time slot, you can enter between 6:00 PM and the closing hour
You may not re-enter the park after leaving unless a new ticket is purchased or you're authorized by staff in exceptional cases
No bicycles, roller skates, or skateboards are allowed into the park
It is forbidden to feed the animals. Please respect their need for silence, do not touch them, throw objects at them, or tap on the glass
Please do not use flash photography
There is a 7 euro parking fee for cars at the entrance. You can also park your bike for free

When should I book?

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
