The tour is customizable with an optional guided hike to Ella Rock.
The tour involves moderate physical activity, including hiking.
• Weather Variability: Ella is significantly cooler and more humid than Colombo. Please bring a light jacket or sweater for the evenings and early morning hikes.
• Footwear is Key: While Little Adam’s Peak is accessible, the terrain can be muddy or slippery. Sturdy trainers or hiking shoes are highly recommended. Flip-flops are not suitable for hiking.
• The "Blue Train" Timing: While we aim to see the train cross the Nine Arches Bridge, the Sri Lankan Railway schedule can be unpredictable. We will do our best to time our visit with the official schedule, but delays can occur.
• Motion Sickness: The drive from Colombo to Ella involves winding mountain roads (hairpin bends). if you are prone to motion sickness, please bring appropriate medication.
• Gem Workshop: The workshop visit in Colombo takes approximately 30–45 minutes

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
