Description
Embark on a 3-night hiking tour in Belihuloya. Explore the Samuel Baker's Hunting Trail, Devil's Staircase, and enjoy a kayaking adventure on the Samanalawewa Reservoir.
Day 1: Be picked up from your hotel in selected locations and driven to Belihuloya. In the afternoon, start a guided walking trail through the villages and paddy fields to Samanalawewa where you will do kayaking. Once the kayaking expedition is complete, be driven to your overnight hotel.
Day 2: Start an early morning hike through the Baker's Hunting Trail. This trail is a historical trail that guides you through the Samuel Baker's Hunting route that he used during his period of 1848 - 1865.
Once you reach the summit, see the upper nonpariel state and Nagrack village. Further downhill, discover the Baker's Bend which is believed to be the bend where the Baker was fallen from the horse. Once you pass the Baker's bend, reach the lower nonepariel village and tea factory where your hiking journey comes to an end.
From the Nonepareil tea factory, take a scenic tuk-tuk ride back to your hotel.
Day 3: Get up and drive to Haputale Railway station where you will take the train to Ohiya Trailways station. From Ohiya, take a tuk-tuk to reach the trailhead of the Devil's Staircase. Then, down trail the Devil's Staircase passing some beautiful landscapes passing V-Cut to reach the Bambarakanda Waterfall. Once you reach Bambarakanda Waterfall and visit that, be driven back to your hotel.
Day 4: Relax and spend the morning at leisure before heading to Ella or Yala based on your preference where the journey ends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
