For bookings made within 30 days of travel, we cannot guarantee your preferred class. Tickets will be reserved based on availability. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, we will provide your requested train time and preferred class.
Train schedules are operated by Sri Lanka Railways and may be subject to changes. If Sri Lanka Railways makes a significant change to the confirmed departure time and the revised schedule is not acceptable, travellers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.
Please do not book less than 72 Hours of travel. Due to the limited tickets and high demand, we are unable to accept last-minute bookings.
Due to Cyclone Ditwah, trains from Kandy are currently not operating. The train starts from Nanu Oya instead. We provide complimentary transport from Kandy to Nanu Oya until the train service from Kandy resumes.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
