• Please note that Queensland law requires all guests travelling on our coaches to wear seat belts at all times, failure to do so could result in a Queensland Government fine.
• Guests will need to confirm a preferred ferry arrival and departure time, or a default time will be selected for them
• If English is your second language, a foreign language app is available to download
• Children under the age of 1 cannot join the tour
• Operator office hours are 9 AM to 5PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
On the day of arrival, you will be required to check in at our Kingfisher Bay Mainland Reception office (54 Ariadne Street, River Heads - Hervey Bay) 30 minutes prior to your departure. The 3.30pm ferry service has been booked for you. Should you wish to travel on an earlier ferry or require a transfer from Hervey Bay accommodation please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Operator office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
