Our all-round service includes the following:
- private car pick-up and drop-off between your accommodation and the ski resort
- advice on which ski resort to visit
- help with equipment rental
- teaching you the basics of skiing as long as the ski resort is open (4:30pm or 5pm in any ski resort)
- help with organising alternative activities in the ski resort such as sledging and snowshoe hiking. This case is relevant if you are a group and not all of you want to ski.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
