Do Eat Better Experience Zurich Food Tour is a walking tour around the old town. You will be guided by a Local Expert who will explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and any other relevant history or curiosities!

Enjoy a 3-hours visit across the streets and the lake shore of Zurich. All food and drinks are included, as described, so that you will have a full meal in at least 4 stops. Please, bear in mind that the tastings may change according to the season and the availability of our partners.

We will start this culinary journey in Niederdorf, a lively neighbourhood of the Old Town, near the shore of Limmat river. Here, you will see where the locals go shopping, discover adorable artisanal boutiques full of various products, and of course enjoy some local cuisine!
At lunch, you will enjoy a staple of Germanic cuisine, the famous bretzel, while
at dinner, you will indulge in a sweet tasting of traditional honey-flavoured biscuits, called Tirggels, and, after that, in a tasting of another Swiss product that doesn't need any presentation: Alpine cheese, in different shapes, flavours and textures!

Move along the streets of Niederdorf to reach Bellevueplatz, which literally means "beautiful sight".
Here, with a stunning view on thw lake, you you will live an authentic Zurich lunch break in a local grill restaurant. Have a seat and enjoy a delicious sausage - grilled right in front of your eyes - with fragrant bread and a refreshing beer.

Afterwards, have a stroll across the medieval streets of the old town and get inside a local restaurant to try some of the most traditional dishes in Switzerland. At lunch, dip some bread in a creamy fondue or enjoy a crispy potato Rösti with some melted cheese on top.
At dinner, have a taste of a typical Zurich dish: potato Rösti served with a creamy mushroom sauce and veal or with a delicious grilled sausage and an amazing onion gravy on top. Of course served with a glass of house beer!

And finally, let's finish your culinary journey in Banhofstrasse, the also known as the Zurich Fifth Avenue, thanks to its luxury boutiques.
But you won't find only watches and jewels here! In fact, we will end on a sweet note with two unmissable delicacies: the renowned Swiss chocolate and a treat from an historical chocolate and pastry shop, the famous Luxemburgerli.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
