This tour requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
The total duration includes transportation time between each stop.
Please look for the guide in a yellow uniform.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded, and changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
If rain is expected, it is recommended to bring your own umbrella or raincoat just in case.
The tour may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count.
According to Taiwan law, children under 4 years old must use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if you need one; an additional charge of NTD 300 per child seat may apply.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
