Exchange physical pass with the redemption code at one of the following points (opening hours subject to change without notice): 1) Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 (TPE), Lion Travel Counter (located at Terminal 1F in Arrival Hall): 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM; 2) Songshan Airport (TSA), Visitor Information Center, (located at Terminal 2, Arrival Hall): 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; 3) Taipei Main Station, Visitor Information Center (located at Southwest Side of Main Hall 1F): 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; 4) MRT A1 Taipei Main Station (located at B1F): 10:00 AM-7:00 PM.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
