Hotel Pickup & Drop-Off: Pickup and drop-off are included for travelers staying at hotels within or near Arusha city center. For accommodations located more than 4 km from the city center, an additional transfer fee may apply. Any extra charge is kept affordable and based on the distance from your hotel.
Meeting Point: Clock Tower Roundabout, at the entrance gate of Four Points by Sheraton Arusha.
Your guide will be standing at the roundabout near the Four Points Hotel entrance gate, holding a Season Master Adventures sign for easy identification. Please arrive at the meeting point a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
