Itinerary:
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
Morning: Depart from Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.
Midday: Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while taking in the sweeping savannah views.
Afternoon: Continue with a game drive, spotting giraffes, lions, zebras, and possibly elusive leopards.
Evening: Drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay in a comfortable mid-range lodge.
Day 2: Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Early Morning: After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s best wildlife-viewing areas.
