On day 1, be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Dar es Salaam and drive to the Selous Game Reserve. Stop for lunch at a restaurant in Kibiti and then continue to the reserve. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in to your camp. In the evening, take a boat ride on the Rufiji River. Return to the camp for dinner and spend the night at the Selous Kinga Lodge.
On day 2, after breakfast, enjoy a full day of game drives in the reserve. Look out for animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes. Take a break for lunch and then continue with the game drive until the evening. Return to the camp for dinner and spend the night at the Selous Kinga Lodge.
On day 3, after breakfast, drive to Mikumi National Park. Arrive in the late afternoon or evening and enjoy an en-route game drive. Look out for animals such as zebras, impalas, giraffes, and elephants. Spend the night at Camp Bastian.
On day 4, after breakfast, enjoy a full day of game drives in the park. Look out for a wide variety of bird species, zebras, hippos, hartebeests, wildebeests, impalas, warthogs, eland antelopes, giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants. Return to the lodge for dinner and spend the night at Mikumi Resort.
On day 5, after breakfast, enjoy an en-route game drive in Mikumi before returning to Dar es Salaam. Arrive in the late afternoon or evening and be dropped off at the airport, hotel, or ferry.
