Day 1: From Nairobi to Arusha – Coffee Tour & Waterfall Experience

Depart Nairobi at 8:00 AM on a comfortable shuttle journey across the Kenya–Tanzania border. Enjoy scenic views along the way and arrive in Arusha around 1:30 PM, where your local guide will welcome you with a warm lunch.

After check-in at your accommodation, head out to the Mangalia Waterfalls and Coffee Farm for an afternoon of exploration and learning. Walk through lush green hills, see how Tanzanian coffee is grown and roasted, and taste freshly brewed coffee while enjoying views of Mount Meru.

In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. For those who love to explore city life, you can join an optional Arusha nightlife experience to mingle with locals and enjoy music and culture.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Full-Day Safari Adventure

Rise early for your Ngorongoro Crater day trip, departing around 6:00 AM. Drive through scenic highlands and descend 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the Big Five — lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the rare black rhino.

Spend your day exploring the crater floor, watching flamingos at Lake Magadi, and herds of wildebeest grazing across the plains. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, then continue your game drive in the afternoon before returning to Arusha in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Departure – Return to Nairobi

Wake up to a relaxed morning at your lodge and enjoy your final breakfast in Arusha. Your driver will pick you up around 7:30 AM and transfer you to the shuttle station for your 8:00 AM departure to Nairobi, marking the end of your cross-border adventure.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
