Duration:

Description
Discover the beauty of Tanzania on a day tour from Arusha. Visit a local coffee farm, see Mangalia Waterfall, and explore the famous Materuni Waterfall.
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Arusha. Drive to a small local coffee farm and learn how coffee is planted, harvested, washed, dried, and roasted. Try grinding coffee by hand and enjoy a fresh cup while admiring views of Mount Meru and, if the weather is clear, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Taste banana wine, smell fresh coffee, relax on the farm, and enjoy the peaceful village atmosphere. After the coffee experience, walk to Mangalia Waterfall, a small but beautiful spot close to the farm. Take pictures, sit near the water, or take a swim if you like. The area is calm and green, with nice shade and clean air.
Later, drive back to Arusha for the night. Your hotel is not included, but your guide can help you arrange one if needed.
On the second day, get picked up from your hotel and drive to Materuni Village, a friendly Chagga community on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. From the village, take a short hike to Materuni Waterfall, a tall, powerful, and beautiful waterfall. Swim under the cold water or just enjoy the view.
Visit a small coffee place in Materuni and learn more about Chagga life, local farming, and tradition. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha and finish the tour.
