Day 1: Zanzibar – Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park (Afternoon Game Drive)
05:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer to the port.

07:00 AM: Depart Zanzibar by first-class speed boat to Dar es Salaam.

08:50 AM: Arrive at Dar es Salaam port, meet your driver and proceed to the train station.

09:30 AM: Board the morning train to Morogoro and enjoy the scenic ride.

11:15 AM: Arrive at Morogoro station, meet your safari driver-guide.

12:50 PM: Arrive at Mikumi National Park; lunch inside the park.

01:15 PM - 06:40 PM: Enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive in Mikumi.

Wildlife you may spot: Lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, impalas, buffaloes, hippos, and various bird species.

Evening: Drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Chizua Waterfall Hiking + Optional Maasai Cultural Tour
06:00 AM: Early breakfast at your hotel.

06:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Depart for a guided hike to Chizua Waterfall in the Udzungwa foothills — a hidden gem offering beautiful nature trails, fresh air, and a refreshing swim near the falls.

12:30 PM – 01:00 PM: Return drive to the hotel.

01:00 PM: Lunch and relaxation at the hotel.

Afternoon: Optional visit to a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience (dancing, traditional homes, lifestyle).

Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Overnight: Mikumi Lodge / Camp / Hotel

Day 3: Mikumi – Morogoro – Dar es Salaam – Zanzibar
06:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

06:30 AM: Check-out and depart to Morogoro train station.

09:50 AM: Board the morning train to Dar es Salaam.

11:40 AM: Arrive in Dar es Salaam and proceed to the ferry terminal.

Afternoon: Take the speed boat back to Zanzibar.

Zanzibar Arrival: Meet your transfer driver and return to your hotel.
