Complimentary hotel pickup is available within 8 km driving distance from Khaosan Road and Rambuttri area (based on actual road routes). Guests staying outside the pickup area are required to meet at the meeting point at their own expense.

Pickup time depends on your hotel location. Hotels farther from the main pickup route may be scheduled for earlier pickup starting from 07:00 AM, while hotels closer to Khaosan Road and Rambuttri will have later pickup times.

As this is a shared join-in group tour, guests who are picked up earlier may need to remain in the vehicle while we collect other guests before leaving Bangkok. The pickup process may take up to 60–90 minutes depending on distance, hotel locations, and traffic conditions.

Pickup time will be reconfirmed one day before the tour, and our staff will contact you via WhatsApp before arrival. Please wait at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.

Bangkok morning traffic can be unpredictable. If the driver arrives later than expected, please contact Lampoo Ocean Travel Support. Our support team is on standby to assist you throughout the pickup process.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
