• A security deposit of THB 2,000 will be required during pickup
• The security deposit will be refunded when the device is returned undamaged
In case of lost or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit, if the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
• Please note a penalty will be charged for late returns (number of late days x daily rental rate)
• Estimated Value of Products is as following; Pocket Wifi = THB 8,000 / Sim Card = THB 1,500 / Battery = THB 500 / USB Cord = THB 100 / AC Charger = THB 200 / Power Bank = THB 1,000 )
• If the product is damaged or lost without an insurance coverage, the customer shall be liable for all damages according to the product value

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
