Bungee jumping participants must be over 7 years old, and those aged 7-17 must have parental consent. The weight limit typically ranges from 40 kg to 180 kg.
Not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or neck injuries, or those who are pregnant.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
If you are in Chiang Mai city, you can drive or take a taxi to the X-Centre. It's approximately a 30-minute drive from the city center. Use GPS or a navigation app to input the address for precise directions. You can take a red Songthaew (shared taxi) from Chiang Mai City to Mae Rim and ask the driver to drop you off at the X-Centre.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
