3. Not allowed to carrying suitcase, large luggage and large backpack into the van.
4. Allowed 1 small personal item which it cannot exceed 50cm(H) x 35cm(W) x 20cm(D) and 7kg, it can only lay on customer's leg and would not be affect other customers.
5. If customers have luggage weighing more than 7 kg, they must book an additional seat. If this is not done, the guide will not be able to take customers on the van due to limited seats.
6. Pickup services are not applicable for airport pickup or delivery and airport car parking area.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
