When you are ready, the driver will transport you back to your hotel. You can also be dropped off at a market or shopping mall, a restaurant or even at the airport. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes after your appointment time, the service provider reserves the right to give the appointment slot to someone else. Bookings for late arrivals cannot be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability
• For bookings where no masseur or room was available at the time of your late arrival may be rescheduled for a later date or time with discretion, subject to availability

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
