On the day of your visit, get picked up from your accommodation and drive to Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. There, you will be met by your English-speaking guide and learn about the history of elephants in Thailand, their behavior, what they eat, and their individual stories.
After being allocated bananas to feed to the elephants, you will be able to feed free-roaming elephants and learn about their individual stories. You can touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their stories, lifestyle, and behaviors. Most of the elephants are rescued logging or riding elephants, but they are now safe and well cared for at this no-riding sanctuary.
After you have met all the elephants, watch them enjoy their mud spa and join them. The elephants apply mud on their skin as a healthy sunscreen and mud treatment. Next, walk with the elephants, bathe them, and join them in the water for a refreshing cool-off. Brush the elephants while they frolic and play in the water and watch them enjoy being pampered.
Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final photos with them, and then it will be time to part ways and change into some dry clothes. Finally, enjoy some seasonal fresh fruits and coconut water before your transfer back to the hotel.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
