Following a meet-and-greet at the skywalk, navigate all the airport formalities with your personal assistant. Your host will assist you through the application for a visa upon arrival service and then take your through customs via the "Premium Immigration Lane.' As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will be arranging the collection of your checked bags as your concierge fast tracks you through Customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your host for transportation to the hotel.
On your departure, there is no need to wait in line, your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags. Meet them outside with a dedicated porter to collect your bags. Be escorted to the front of the document check-in and security lines before you go to Immigration and Customs. Due to security restrictions, concierge service is limited through Customs and Immigration Pre-Clearance. You must clear Immigration and Customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your personal concierge will escort you up to the VIP airport departure gate.
