Children aged 4-9 are permitted to participate only in snorkeling and must be under the supervision of an adult. They are not allowed to partake in other water activities. Youths aged 10-14 permit participation in only Banana Boat and Parasailing activities. Seniors aged 61 - 80 are permitted to participate only in snorkeling. They are not allowed to partake in other water activities. Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour. On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
You can also get picked up from anywhere in Phuket. An extra charge will be applied for transfer in some Phuket areas(To be advised). Free hotel pickup from Phuket town, Leamhin, Rawai, Naiharn, Patong, Tritrang, Kalim, Kata, Karon. Extra Transfer Charge 200 THB/PAX(Round Trip) : Panwa, Boat lagoon, Koh Sirey, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Laguna. Extra Transfer Charge 2,000 Baht/Private Van(Round Trip) : Layan, Naithon, Naiyang, Maikhao, Ao Por, Airport. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
