Pickup transfer is available from Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Naiharn Beach, Phuket Town and Chalong. Pickup starts 1.5 hours before departure time from the hotel reception.
You can also choose the option to arrive at the meeting point by yourself. In this case, please come to check in at least 30-45 minutes before departure time.

The trip is operated 2 times daily at 8.30 am. and 13.45 pm.
All passengers need to show a Covid-19 vaccination certificate or 72hrs valid lateral flow test with certificate (except for children under 13 years old).
If you select the option with pickup transfer, pickup starts 1.5 hours before departure time from your hotel reception.
Please come to the meeting point in the ferry section, Gate 3 at Rassada Pier at least 30-45 minutes before departure time.
Disruptions from the sea and weather may affect departure time and duration.
For passengers who are prone to seasickness, please take the travel sickness tablets 20-30 mins before departure.
Wheelchair users are accessible only to the ground floor of the ferry. This includes both indoor and outdoor seats.
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
You must present either proof of full vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 3 months, or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts
Pickup starts at 7.00-7.15 am from the hotel reception. Please contact the given number if you cannot find the driver.
Please prepare your passports and reservation confirmation to show to the driver.
When arriving at the pier, please come to check-in at Gate 3, Ferry Terminal.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
