Terms & Conditions
1.The pass will expire 24 hours (1-day pass) from the activation time.
Please note that the 24-hour duration applies as follows: for example, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:59 a.m. on the following day.
2. Redeem your benefits at participating shops, restaurants, or attractions based on the quota of each Pass. This offer is valid during the Pass validity period, with a limit of one benefit per location.
3.Any redemptions exceeding the included limit may be billed separately at the applicable rate.
4.For a smooth experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving late may affect your quota usage.
5.This Pass is valid for dine-in services only and cannot be used for take-out orders.
6.An unactivated Pass must be activated within 365 days from the date of purchase; otherwise, it will automatically expire.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
