This experience offers two options: a daytime tour or a sunset tour. Optional transfer service is available for all options. Depending on weather and operational conditions, transfer times and the order of the itinerary may change. The guide provides general information only at the facility, and the tour continues with a driver afterward. For the rafting section, phones, cameras, and other personal valuables are not allowed; the operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or items falling into the water. Children who join with free tickets do not receive a separate bus seat or lunch service. Due to a 2 km walking path at Tazi Canyon, this tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility
All tour details will be sent to you 24 hours before the experience, including the ticket you will present at the facility. Depending on operational density, you may be required to wait at the venue.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
