Departure begins around 02:00 AM with hotel pick-up. On Day 1, breakfast and lunch are included. Dinner at the hotel and breakfast the next morning are also included.
Guests may book the hot air balloon experience through the tour guide. Balloon flights arranged independently may depart from different locations and could cause guests to miss the main tour transfer. Balloon flights depend on weather conditions and may be canceled. The balloon viewing terrace is available at an extra cost and can be paid to the guide.
Rooms are double or triple. Solo travelers may share a room unless a single supplement is paid. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions. Transportation may be by minibus or coach depending on group size.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
