• On Fridays, the mosque is open from 5 PM to 7 PM
• Women must wear long, loose clothing to ensure that their arms, legs, and head are fully covered; an abaya (long black dress) with a scarf will be loaned by the local partner
• Men must not reveal any flesh above their knees and their shoulders must be covered; no clothes are provided for men
• The duration of the tour includes hotel pickup, drop-off, and travel time to and from the destinations
• It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festivals or if ordered by the local authorities; if closed, a photo stop will be made outside
• Restaurants are closed during the month of Ramadan; during this time it is recommended you bring food with you
• Everyone must carry the Original Passport while traveling
• All passengers must carry a vaccination card and a PCR test taken in the last 4 days in Dubai city or airport
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Complimentary pickup is available from Dubai city hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminal Dubai (Port Rashid). Pickup from Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel.
Pickup from Bab Al Shams, the Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available for an additional fee.
Pickup will be made within 0-40 minutes of your selected time as per your location.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
