IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Look for kitmytrip shop in the arrival area at DXB International Airport Terminal 1 & 3.
Keep your Passport & Visa (if required) ready with you for Wi-Fi device redemption.
Only 1 Wi-Fi device can be issued per passport as per the UAE Telecom Regulation.
A refundable security deposit amount of $55 (AED 200) will be collected at the time of redemption.

Arrivals Hall: After custom exit, walk towards the meeting point area. You will immediately see the 5th shop to your left, right opposite to Costa Coffee. You will see the kitmytrip shop.

Arrivals Hall: As you walk out of the Customs Exit, walk towards the Meeting point Area. Take a left towards the Telecom Shops. You will see the kitmytrip shop.
Please Note: There is no kitmytrip shop at Dubai International Terminal (DXB) T2.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
