• If you start the tour at 3:00 PM, you can enjoy the ride until 3:00 PM, 24, 48 or 72 hours after initial use (depending on option selected)
• All buses have a ramp for wheelchair access
• Buses depart from the Dubai Mall every 30 min on the Red Route & every 40 minutes on the Blue Route between 10 AM & 5 PM
• Mobile vouchers accepted and can be redeemed at any of the 9 stops on the route
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You can start from any of the 20 departure points.
For transit customers from the airport: the closest stop to the airport is Deira City Center. The bus stop there is located at the main entrance of the mall.
For cruise passengers: there is a shuttle from the cruise terminal to Dubai Mall.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
