Day 1: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Kampala. Travel through Luwero and stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. Spot both black and white rhinos in their natural habitat.
Continue to Masindi for lunch before heading to Murchison Falls National Park. After making payments for park entry, drive towards the top of the falls. Along the way, see various animals such as warthogs and baboons. At the top of the falls, witness the mighty Nile squeezing through an 8-meter gorge. Capture the moment with photos before heading to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Wake up early for breakfast before embarking on a game drive at 7:00 AM. Spot lions, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, waterbucks, and various bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile. See Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, and elephants along the riverbanks. Admire beautiful birds like bee-eaters, kingfishers, and the shoebill stork. The boat ride takes you to the base of Murchison Falls, where you can opt to hike to the top and meet your driver guide for a return to the lodge.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Return to Kampala
After breakfast, embark on another game drive as you make your way back to Kampala. Spot more wildlife, including buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, lions, and antelopes. Enjoy a stop in Masindi for lunch before continuing your journey, reaching Kampala in the evening.
