• You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus
• 1 full loop without hopping off takes approximately 2.5 hours
• First departure: 9 AM
• Last departure: 5:10 PM
• Frequency: every 30 minutes (times are subject to change - please check local timetables)
• The last 2 departures from Stop 1 end at Westminster Pier
• The 24, 48, and 72-hour tickets include a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier
• You can start your cruise from either pier

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
