Travel south along the Seward Highway, one of the most scenic byways in North America. Take in breathtaking ocean and mountain views as you make your way to Mount Alyeska.

Ride an aerial tram up the mountain, ascending 2,300 feet above sea level. Enjoy panoramic vistas and, weather permitting, views of the surrounding hanging valley glaciers. At the top, have the option to purchase lunch at the Bore Tide Deli & Bar.

Next, head to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, a non-profit wildlife sanctuary dedicated to caring for injured and orphaned animals. Learn about the center’s efforts to protect Alaska’s wildlife and see a variety of animals, including grizzly bears, moose, caribou, and musk ox.

After your visit, return to Anchorage, taking in more stunning views along the way.

The meeting point for this tour is in downtown Anchorage on the sidewalk in front of the Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center. Pickup is 10 minutes before tour departure. Return to the Dena'ina Convention Center after this photographic experience lasting approximately 5.5 to 6 hours round-trip.

A water & small snack is provided onboard the tour van for each guest. Enjoy a small group tour with a knowledgeable local guide!

Pickup is 10 minutes before tour departure on the 7th Avenue sidewalk in front of the Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center. Look for a dark grey or white 15-passenger Ford Transit van with a Frontier Tours sign on the side. The driver will check you in according to the name on your reservation.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
