Tours operate weather permitting. Due to inclement weather, certain activities including paddle-boards and kayaks may not be available during your trip.
Children under 3 years old can come aboard for free when accompanied by an adult, but they are unable to participate in the tour activities for safety reasons
Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

• Shuttle bus service is subject to capacity restrictions, and is only available for customers who book more than 24 hours in advance
