Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while onboard. Weather conditions may affect the tour route for safety reasons. Guests who are prone to seasickness are encouraged to bring motion-relief medication. Please dress for outdoor conditions and be prepared for sun and wind exposure. Smoking, vaping, and intoxication are not permitted onboard.
Meet at the dock at 2510 2nd Ave N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Look for the 24’ pontoon boat and the captain waiting near the water. The boat is easily visible from the dock entrance. If you have difficulty finding the meeting point, please call at (904) 479-8522. Free parking is available nearby.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
