In the interest of safety and comfort, your flight might be rescheduled or canceled due to inclement weather. It is recommended that you book your flight on your first available day in Jackson so that you have maximum flexibility in order to reschedule to the next available date in case of cancellation
Passengers must be able to:
• Climb a four-step ladder
• Get on and off a horse
• Jump off a picnic bench
• Squat against a wall as if sitting
We may not fly passengers who:
• Had surgeries in the past 2 years
• Have back, neck, knee, hip, joint, bone issues, osteoporosis, etc.
• Cannot walk or stand for an hour
• Use a cane, walker, wheelchair, or scooter
• Have severe hearing issues
• Had recent surgeries or conditions worsened by flying

No weight limit, but please contact us if you are of unusual weight or height.
We only fly passengers in their second trimester. Not recommended for those with continued nausea or high-risk pregnancy.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
