IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• All passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit.
• Once you activate your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days (not 24-hour periods) to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
• We suggest starting early on each day to maximize the number of attractions you can visit.
• Due to ongoing Covid-19 preventive measures, some attractions may be temporarily unavailable, have reduced opening hours, or require advanced reservations before your visit. Please check the included digital guidebook as well as attraction websites for the most up-to-date information and make reservations, where needed, well in advance.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
