• The vehicle size will depend on the number of reservations
• Reservations are based on availability
• There is a possibility to visit the Canadian side of the waterfalls on your own. In order to do that you will need to have your passport and Canadian Visa
• The"Maid of the Mist" boat ride is a seasonal activity operating May to November
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You are required to bring and wear a mask
• Meet your guide in front of The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel
• If you decide to change the pickup location please notify Royal City Tours about the change
• Please show up at the pickup location 10 minutes prior to pick-up time.
• If for any reason you are late at the pickup location please contact the local supplier by phone
• Out of respect to the other customers, the waiting time at the pickup location will be no more than 10 minutes

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
