• The tour supplier is dedicated to helping locals and visitors enjoy the unique wonders of New York City and escorting you on a relaxing, inspiring, and breathtaking cruise through the waters they proudly call home
• When purchasing tickets, customers should make a special note if buying tickets separately from others who are part of the same group
• Groups of 10 or more will be contacted by the operator in advance for an additional 10% group gratuity
• Due to Covid-19, private tables separated by Plexiglass will be assigned per booking
• When inside, masks are required, unless seated at your table while eating and drinking. Masks are no longer required on our outdoor spaces
• As of August 16th 2021, NYC will require guests to provide proof of vaccination for guests 12 and older in indoor dining settings. The requirement applies to this experience. Accepted forms of proof include: the Excelsior Pass, the NYC COVID Safe App, a CDC Vaccination Card, or the NYC Vaccination Record

All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof that they have received at least one dose of a FDA or WHO-approved Covid-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
