Our tours of Central Park are only offered on a limited basis (Sundays and Mondays at 9am & 12pm) but it will be difficult to find a more knowledgeable guide to lead you on a tour of the park. This tour examines the history, design and cultural aspects of Central Park. Your guide is a historian, a former park employee who lives in the neighborhood, has conducted extensive research and has led hundreds of tours of Central Park.

Taking a walking tour of Central Park enables visitors (locals too) to hear stories behind the park’s development, witness the design elements and recall spots where some of your favorite movies took place. We seek to give you an introductory view of the park and will lead you to some of the best-known locations. In two hours, you will get a great overview of Central Park and have time to move on to your next New York City attraction!
